Sussex County Statistics

Good Morning and Happy Friday to you!  We thought we'd keep you up to date with what's going on in Real Estate in Sussex County, New Jersey.  As of today, August 31, 2012, there are 1,938 homes on the market.  In the past thirty days, 131 homes have gone Under Contract and in those same thirty days, 158 have SOLD.  What does this mean in regards to the current inventory of 1,938 homes??  It means that it should take just a little over twelve months to clear out!  This has been a positive trend, and we hope that the market will pick up for everyone.  For buyers, what a great opportunity you have with the lowest interest rates in our country, while home prices are low.  It's the perfect storm!  Buy now... don't miss the boat!!
